22 October 2015 i have query regarding my brother service
my brother providing construction labor service in pvt. ltd. company they does not file any i.t return according to this the last year (2014-15) service turn over is more than 13 lack. if the person file the last year return than eny problem to regarding service tax ?

pls. replay this query as fast as soon as possible

22 October 2015 Since the turnover is above service tax limit, be cautious in filing the return. Keep the reconciliation ready as to why the service tax is not paid, why the registration for service tax is not obtained.
