Regarding exam form mistake

I have committed a mistake in exam form for final exam Nov.2011 in which i filled unintentionally as 'passed' instead of 'failed' in the last appearance. I applied for both the groups in this attempt(november 2011) and paid too. Will it make any problem? If so, What shall i do further to avoid unnecessary problems.
Please guide me to rectify this mistake. Will be great thankful if you guide me to come out from this issue.
