06 October 2010 Hi

If a employee salary if below Rs 15000/- upto sept 10 and ESI is deducted but in October 10 onwards salary will increase of Rs 15000/- and the ESI is not dedutced but

my query is Incentive paid in october 10 but the Incentive will calcuate from April to Sept 10

Is the ESI deducted in Incentive which is paid in Oct 10?

can anyone suggested me ASAP

While calculating the Gross salary for ESI bonus and incentives are excluded from the gross salary
