Regarding e waybill

Dear Experts,
We have 3 different manufacturing units in 3 different states A ( Pvt Ltd Company) is in Punjab, B ( Proprietorship) is in Haryana & C (Proprietorship) in Himachal . For our himachal unit our own vehicle registered in the name of A unit
pick material from vendors factory & bring material to Himachal C unit. Now please confirm me in our case how to generate e waybill if multiple consignment more than Rs.50000/- are dispatched in own vehicle.

With reference to the case mentioned by you, You are simply buying goods from a vendor and transporting it to your Factory in Himachal Pradesh. You can simply generate the E-way bill by vendors' invoice. Registration of vehicle in the name of Plant A does not make any difference, You only have to enter the vehicle's details on the E-way bill.
Further, if you are carrying multiple consignments, then you have the option to raise separate E-way bills against each invoice and then generate a consolidated E-way Bill.

Please note that in our case every vendors invoice value is less than Rs.50000/- but aggregate value of all invoices from different vendors are more than Rs.50000/- so please confirm e waybill is applicable in our case or not ? For multiple consignment dispatched more than Rs.50000/- in single vehicle transporter is liable to generate e waybill but in our case transporter is not involved.

That's a practical issue,In that case it would be advisable to issue separate way bills for each invoice to ensure smooth transportation
