He is showing chindren's school tuition fees as deduction of First two child which is eligble..

can he also eligible for deduction of sec.80E (Interest on education loan) ?
but the querry is the "education loan" is taken on behalf of last 3rd child ?

"relative", in relation to an individual, means the spouse and children of that individual or the student for whom the individual is the legal guardian
as you mentioned in the query, you can take the loan deduction for 3rd child
