Regarding conversion to IPCC?

03 May 2010 I am student of CA PE II course. I cleared my First group. But second group not yet cleared. Please tell me whether I will get credit of Group I if I converted to IPCC as PE II is ending on May 2010 exam. or whether I have to give both the groups of IPCC? kindly help. I am very confused & worried also.
