01 August 2013 "f/18 address particular and not to be attached proper"

Could any1 please tell me what is the meaning of this error and what further steps to be done.

I think, you not made compliance of Form-18 as per Notification issued by MCA on 24.12.2012 for registered address proof.

01 August 2013 what proofs can be submitted as address proof? I had attached agreement copy.

01 August 2013 Copy of the Building tax receipt. The name in he tax receipt should match with the name of the landlord given in the agreement.

Form-18 Attachment- If Premises is on Lease

(a) Lease/rent agreement
(b) any proof that such premises is owned by that company, like, electricity bill, water supply bill.

If Premises is owned by Director

(a) NOC from director
(b) (b) any proof that such premises is owned by that director, like, electricity bill, water supply bill, passport, voter ID card.
(c) Lease/rent agreement
