Regarding change of Income tax return date

Income tax has increased time limit for filling date of return.I have query regarding TDS payment. If we will not paid TDS till 30 sept then it will allowable or not or we can paid till 15 oct 2010.

Yes it will be allowable if paid before due date of filing return i.e. 15.10.2010 for Fy 2009-10.
