I have to file a return manually for the current year which includes salary & business income ie.ITR-4, but the return of last year includes only salary income, so ITR-1 was filled. So now the Income Tax Department in Bandra is not accepting the return because it is ITR-4 & IT Dept. in Aaykar Bhavan are not accepting the return because it has stamp of Bandra IT Dept in the copy of last years return which they are asking with the original return .
So can anyone help me out to know that whether there is any form available which could make the IT Dept know about the change in the assesses jurisdiction.
