Sir I want to know that from where do we get our completion certificate if we do our extension under some other employer?whether it is from our old employer or the new one?

at the time of completion of 3 years period the first CA must have issued Form 108. Upon completion of extension, the new CA will again sign Form 108. Upon its submission with ICAI, ICAI will issue completion certificate.
