can a CA compell an audit assistant to go on outstation audit. please tell me the provisins regarding this.

Ya he can do it.....Hey u r in CA... there cant be any provision for every thing...

Dear not each and every step is not goverened with provisions or laws. Don't be so theoratical, life is practical dear.
Of course, your CA can send you to audit at the place of his client, whereever he is located.

nO he cant compel an audit assistant , he can certainly assign an outstation work...
if possible do...otherwise give reason for not doing
