Sir..how much early we need to take prior permission of the institute.?
also it is still required when my grandparents want to shift wid my parents n I hav no option other dan to go wid dem..as I am currently residing wid dem..

reason for the same can be explained in application to icai seeking permission for transfer.
You can take transfer only after icai permission so send asap to get permission asap
