REGARDING ADT-1 FILLING,
IF OLD PARTNER OF AUDIT FIRM WHO SIGNING THE BALANCESHEET PREVIOUSLY IS CHANGING AND NEW PARTNER SAME FIRM IS SIGNING BALANCE SHEET. SO MY QUERY IS IT IS REQUIRED TO FILE ADT -1 WITH DETAILS OF NEW AUDITOR.
IF OLD PARTNER OF AUDIT FIRM WHO SIGNING THE BALANCESHEET PREVIOUSLY IS CHANGING AND NEW PARTNER SAME FIRM IS SIGNING BALANCE SHEET. SO MY QUERY IS IT IS REQUIRED TO FILE ADT -1 WITH DETAILS OF NEW AUDITOR.

no there is no such requirement for filling of adt 1 in this case

agreed with the experts. as there is no change in the auditor. here auditor means "Firm" whose name lies in the records of MCA as Statutory Auditor of the Company
