Dear Tax Experts
My company is registered Service under 1994 Financial Act in Bengaluru address. Now we have changed company in Bengaluru other address . can we change any address in service Department? plz let me know

Yes, first of all you have to surrender your old service tax registration & have to apply for new one. you have to intimate your range officer regarding this changes.

If the company is same then address can be change on aces portal by using amend registration option u will have to surrender ur original one with proof of address send the documents once ur amendment is processed.documents may be send through post also
