Please tell me about work contract act in tamil nadu a company located in sez what is the wct rate, the company liable to deduct tds if yes please tell me the rate of tds.

If a company located in an SEZ in TN has given a contract work to somebody outside then no VAT/COT is to be charged to them.A certificate is to be obtained from that company sttaing that they are registered as an SEZ co,and with reference to the govt order....MJK
