Our company in Software Busniess, and We have Registration with STPI as a 100% EOU.
Our company Scrutiny is going on for the Assessment year 2006-07. We filed Exemption under Section 10B. for that we submitted Our STPI Registration Certificate. Is it sufficient to get Corporate Tax exemption under section 10B.
Please help me regarding this.
