The Person was buying a land from the goverment purposing for construting factory, and after 6 months he returned to the same land to the goverment,and again that person same land buying from the goverment,and he's not pay the tax to the goverment to that land,and the sale deed is not executed and finally he was succeed or not? y he not pay the tax to goverment that land?
