In an Individual file the person run 2 different firms in his name, Can he take two different TAN Nos.? or not?

12 March 2014 Since the business is a SOLE PROPRIETOR he CANNOT obtain 2 TAN.

Ultimately the income from BOTH the business will be shown in his individual return.

The assessee is the SAME.
