I have filed a refund reissue request by electronic mode . By mistake i have entered a wrong MICR code.Plz tell me how to rectify or cancel this request.because it is alredy accepted by department .what is procedure to intimate the department about my mistake????

BUT THE DEPARMENT ASSISTANT SAID THAT THE REQUEST WILL BE AUTOMATICALY CANCELLED BECAUSE OF WRONG PARTICULARS.IS IT TRUE ?? BUT IT IS ACCPETED BY THE DEPARMENT ????
