13 October 2015 Dear Experts,

I had filed ITR FY 2013-14 by manually. my refund chque had returned due to addressee was not found at the same.

pls help me to get my refund. it would be better if i would follow the online process for the same

13 October 2015 As you have filed return manually you can't follow on line process. Request your AO in writing to reissue the refund cheque.

13 October 2015 you cant follow Online process when you have filed ITR manually.

Contact your AO. Write him a written application in duplicate and attach filed ITR with the application.

Don't forget to take receiving of application.
