Refund of tds not get

14 June 2013 Hello Friends,

I have post recurring commission income. and my TDS is deducted every year nd i also filled return regularly but still i don't get refund of A.Y. 2010-11 and A.Y. 2011-12 and i also don't get any intimation u/s 143(1).
So how i put request for refund issuance???

14 June 2013 if you have filed online return then check the status of your ITR on www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in

14 June 2013 Please check Form No 26AS whether the TDS is credit is appearing in the same. It is possible that the Postal Department might have not filed e-tds return.

If the TDS amount so deducted in respective years appears on Form No 26AS then check the status of your return by logging into income tax e-filing website.

In case return manually filed, contact the assessing officer.

In 26AS also TDS credit shown and return filling status is also processed return but still i didn't get refund....
Am i supposed to do written application to Assessing Officer for the same???
or online application is possible???
if yes then how???

18 June 2013 logn in to your account on www.incometaxindia efiling.gov.in and go to my account and then go to refund /Demand status.

There you will get that your refund is processed or not.

Then check refund status link of NSDL as fallows:

https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/refundstatuslogin.html
