Refund of TCS amount in Cash Ledger

Can we apply for refund of TCS amount which is shown in our Cash ledger
as the same has been collected by E-commerce Operator - Amazon
(We are trader of goods)

14 February 2020 No need to apply for refund, you can file TDS/TCS return showing in your returns dashboard. For this you need to click on 'ACCEPT' button and file the return through EVC/DSC in usual manner. Thereafter the amount of TCS shall be credited to your cash ledger which you can use to set off your outward liability.
