Refund of tax

I issue a bill of 100000/- and pay tax 18000. further my payment is not received from client. then may i get my tax amount refund. if yes,then how . Pls help

No. you cannot go for refund. since supplies already made unless you got return the goods it will be treated as supplied only.

no refund of GST...(assuming 18% in your example)
