Refund of income tax a.y.12-13

29 April 2014 sir if we have received a cheque for refund of a.y.12-13 and the bank account, of which details were provided for, has been closed
then what is the procedure to send the cheque back and request for a new cheque with new bank deatils

29 April 2014 login to your icnomtetaxindiaefiling.gov.in account. under "My Account", click on "Request Re-issue Refund" and follow the steps therein.

29 April 2014 I already did so but that is useful only when refund is due or yet not processed but in my case the cheque has already been receivedwith details of bank account which has been closed
