Dear sir
I am an individual. I have no tax Liability and my total income is Rs. 110000.I have a refund of Rs 354 for A.Y. 2015-16.Can I entitled to get refund? IF I file the Return of Income after 30th September.

Yes you can file the return and get refund.

and if your Aadhar number gets linked with PAN, you will get the refund in 15 days.
