dear sir,
my self Pawan Kumar Tripathi. Actully i want to know that if in f.y 2011-12 to 2013-2014 Tds on salary has deducted by my employer. but at that time i have not filled my return.so thats why i want to know that can i get refund from department.if yes then how can i get refund and if no then why can i not get refund from department.

Dear Pawan.,
You can't file Return for the period of AY 2015-16 and Before AYs. Bcoz., It's all is lapsed in ITD website. But, we can file it one of the 'point of view'
1. you get any notice for TDS based,
2. You can get notice for NMS (Non-filing of Monitoring System). You can get any one you can file your return and you can get refund if available after calculation. If don't get notice can't file ITR for FY 2011-12,12-13,13-14 and 14-15.
3. Finally you can go to discus the the matter to the AO of the ITD.
