Refund of Custom Duty

Can I claim refund of custom duty paid on spare parts by seller, if I paid excise duty on Machine manufactured by those spare parts to seller. in this case identity of goods has been changed.

Customs duty consists of basic customs duty - no refund
Addtional Customs Duty ( CVD) - credit available if CED paid on goods manufactured using the same parts. If Special addtiona duty (4%) Paid that is also available.
