26 March 2010 Can I claim refund of custom duty paid on spare parts by seller, if I paid excise duty on Machine manufactured by those spare parts to seller. in this case identity of goods has been changed.

30 March 2010 Customs duty consists of basic customs duty - no refund
Addtional Customs Duty ( CVD) - credit available if CED paid on goods manufactured using the same parts. If Special addtiona duty (4%) Paid that is also available.
