sir/mam please tell me is there any way to ask income tax department for refund of income tax without filling return.. as some one else used my pan and filled his return using my pan no. now i am unable to file my return and claim refund.. please help me in this regard

How can someone file his return using your PAN as the name and DOB will mismatch? There is no way to claim refund without filing the return.

sir, karta of huf filled his retuen using my huf pan. the fact is that I and other person who filled his return have same name. and ancestral dob was mentioned in PAN
