Can we claim refund of AY 2008-09 in AY 2011-12??

if you have filed return of income of AT 2008-09 in the due time, then surely you can claim refund now.

no return is filled till now...

Then write to Commissioner of incometax for permission to file return of that perticular year with reasons for late filing. he may grant permission to file ITR for back years.
