i am a govt. salaried employee.
my employer has deducted more tax due to some confusion over my income (loss) from house property adjustment.
now i want to claim refund for the same.
can i claim for refund of tax through electronic mode. if yes, please tell me the procedure for the same.
how much time it will take to get refund.
which form and documents i have to submit at the time of filling return.

If the year concerned is financial year 2010-11, file return using ITR-1 (Sahaj) and seek refund. No enclosures are required. Can be filed in paper format or electronic mode.
