16 September 2017 One of my friend not filling fy 2014-15. But now they says to fill the return and claim the tds amount as refund. It is possible to claim the tds amount as refund?

16 September 2017 you need to request for condonation from jurisdictional CIT. only after such a condonation is granted, you can file the return and request the tax officer for refund of excess tax credit.
