One of my friend not filling fy 2014-15. But now they says to fill the return and claim the tds amount as refund. It is possible to claim the tds amount as refund?

you need to request for condonation from jurisdictional CIT. only after such a condonation is granted, you can file the return and request the tax officer for refund of excess tax credit.

You can ask your friend related any notice get from ITD for NMS....
If yes don't be move any officer also you can file the return online mode...
