what is the procedure to claim refund?

You need to file the Income tax return for claim your tax refund

which refund? if is income tax refund then you have to file reurn to claim the refund.

If its about Income tax, file the ITR, if there is a refund claim & that is proved correct in the IT deptt assessment, then you will get the refund from the IT deptt.
