27 March 2015 Dear members,
i filed last year IT return, and i forgot to send the ITR5, later i realized and sent but by mistake i sent unsigned copy. In jan'15 after i came to know about my mistake i send signed copy of ITR5 again. My question is Will i get my refund amount ? My friend said that the department will consider the receipt of ITR5 after 120 days and hence i will not get any refund.

Is my friend's statement is true. or is there any possibility to get my refund or can i adjust the same for this year.

Kindly resolve my doubt.

27 March 2015 better is now u refile a belated return with no changes and send the itr-v acknowledgement within 120 days of filling itr.

28 March 2015 Sir,
But i send the signed copy and they also received the same. And still assessment was not completed. WIll it be assesseed as like normal return and the refund will be paid to me ??
