SBI deducted tds on fd and deposited with the department not showing online 26as of income tax.therefore income tax department is not refunding amount.I approached to the bank for correction, bank is not entertaining me.what is the remedy?.

Give the complaint to the Commissioner of TDS to your region/circle. With regards to the facts of your problem by enclosing form 16A copy given by the bank to you.Before that first check if the pan no quoted by the bank on form 16A is relates to you are not. If the pan no is related to you then you can give complaint and you have the options to fight otherwise first confirm is the pan no not produced by you or produced but wrongly produced then you have not options to fight because of mistake is yours.
