what is the procedure if IT refund is not credited in bank a/c since last 2 years ?

Write a letter to your AO and request him to reissue the refund.
If the return was filed electronically then login to your acocunt and under My Account select option reissue of refund.

It is the number mentioned on the intimation u/s 143(1) issued by CPC.
