i have efiled ay-2011-12 online return and send ack to banglore i have claimed rs 185000/- refund i just recvd the refund but only 181000 lesser than i claim in the return i have checked 26as it is ok and other calculation i have not recvd any intimation letter from cpc how they calculated the refund was directly credited to my saving ac/c now how to claim additional 4000/- refund please explain in details

You will receive an intimation from CPC in your mail.
After you receive the same, analyze the same to ascertain the reason for the difference and then file an online rectification application.
Also check whether you have entered correct TAN of the deductor in the return.
