I have filed a return of income tax for the A.Y.2009-10, and calculated refund of Rs.33002 but till date not credited same in my account, and also at the site of income tax there is no any data available for same, please tell me what should i do.

Is you file your return of income manually then contact your AO through letter of request of refund. Is you filed electronically then contact CPC : 1800 425 2229 to know status of your return process.

But Sir, I have filed the return electronically and also contact to the said no. but they are saying that the all details send to your ward, and said by the ward officials correct it through online but i have also not been CPC reference no.

Then the process in the hands of your AO. So contact your AO regarding the process because of your data will be transferred to your AO from CPC.

At that time also you receiving same reply from your AO ie.correct it through online then again contact cpc and say to them same reply said by the AO. Then also they not taking any action then make a letter to your are commissioner of income tax.
