08 July 2012 i won car in lottery of developers scheme.total price of car is 312000 and owner of developers deduct 30% tds (Rs 100000) something. i am want know it is refundable or not? if it refundable how many amount of tds refund.what is the process of filing income tax return.reply me argent.

08 July 2012 The TDS is not refundable. However you should file the return by showing the income from Winning of Car, TDS, as well as income from the regular sources, interest etc. , earned by you during the financial year.
