i won car in lottery of developers scheme.total price of car is 312000 and owner of developers deduct 30% tds (Rs 100000) something. i am want know it is refundable or not? if it refundable how many amount of tds refund.what is the process of filing income tax return.reply me argent.

The TDS is not refundable. However you should file the return by showing the income from Winning of Car, TDS, as well as income from the regular sources, interest etc. , earned by you during the financial year.

TDS on lottery income is no trefundable. for filling you must file return by showing this income and TDS detail.
