Whether it is possible now to file rectification return for AY 2012-13 . Actually I am in receipt of an intimation u/s 143(1) inrespect of AY 2012-13 in which I claimed relief u/s 89 Rs 4250 .However as per the intimation the relief not allowed and there by a demand of the same amount as per the intimation.While I am trying to file rectification return , the Ay 2012-13 is not showing . How can I rectify the defect.Kindly advice

After receipt of intimation of 143(1) it is possible to file 154 rectification return.
