Dear friends, one of my friends, a retired bank officer has filed his return online and has received order u/s 143 where TDS credit on FDR interest has not been given to him ( he claimed it as per his form 26AS in his return and deposited balance tax also)
Please advise if there is online process for filing rectification of assessment order of CPC Bangalore?? or he has to pester with his local AO??

He has to file ONLINE rectification since he has filed the return online.
