Rectification u/s 154

i got a case where assessee got rectification letter u/s154 but the reasons are not mentioned on it & demand is also not mentioned. please suggest how to deal with it. some friends said to submit the document.. if that is really a solution please mail me a covering letter for that...

kindly compare the 154 order with 143(1)/143(3) order and check if there is any difference.
