08 March 2011 Is the process to file on line rectification request is same as we file income tax return.
Actually I made a error in filing e-return, now the order u/s 143 intimate to me with the demand.
As I found that the error done by me and i want to rectify it.
Can i correct the return and then upload it on rectifaicationlink
Is rectification request file (xml format)
is same as income tax return or it is different file.

Sir i want to know that new return shell i file and upload it throuh rectification link or only that part of return where I made a mistake shell filed.
