Sir,
I have submitted my income tax return relating with A.Y.2014-15 against salary income as per Form-16A issued by Employer, but the return was wrong and in respect of that there have a refund amount and also I get the refund amount from Deptt. Now I earnestly want to rectify the same. Please help me.

If the return was filed within due date u/s 139(1) then revise your return u/s 139(5) after paying the tax.
