29 November 2013 I Have Received Rectification order under sec.154 and demand raised for the A.Y.2010-11 .There is Mistake found by me in my return for Calculation of Depreciation and this Depreciation is wholly disallow thats why Demand Raised.so Please guide me can I Put Rectification request?.beacuse when I Rectify the Mistake Income of business or Proffession changed.

29 November 2013 AT the time of first request, you have not properly gone through the details filled up.
.
While uploading the rectified return, you must appreciate the reasons of dis-allowance. This is possible when the Schedules of Depreciation had been either not filled up or not properly filled up. Please check it carefully and then only upload the request.
