22 August 2011 Just bring u r account statement copy from the bank and compare with u books. If u have any particular clarification u write clearly about your doubt.

22 August 2011 I think u are saying about BRS. I am asking about reconciliation between the no. of bank accounts in previous year and current year

24 December 2012 Reconciliation of bank accounts can be explained as reconciling the balance as per bank ledger (as per books of accounts) with the balance as per bank statement. The reason will be like amounts credited/ debited in bank statement where as the same are not accounted in books and vice-versa. Enquire about the reason for such differences and solve accordingly..
