Why always CAs are given more recognition than CMAs??..Why this always happen to CMAs..In fact people don't know much about CMAs they even don't know what role does a CMA play in an organisation.. They knows only CAs..But i think there is no any difference between CAs and CMAs in terms of their professionalism..I think both of them should recognized at par..Now the CAs and CMAs are handling more or less same roles in PSUs and in other organisations..Now it could be seen that PSUs and private companies are hiring both CMAs and CAs for their operations in finance..But even now the conservative people do not give to much importance to CMAs as compared to CAs..It should be stopped..

Yes, even i agree with that, as c.A c.s and cma should be treated on par.
