I have opted L.I.C Policy in name of my Spouse and I am paying premium through my account. Can she claim the benefit of U/s 80C.

the way section is structured, the one who pays should be eligible for claiming the deduction. What you can do is to transfer an equal amount from your wife account to your account. This may help her in claiming the credit.
