i have received an export invoice in which there is a column for rebate of duty
and for each particular product sold rebate at different % claimed?
what is rebate?
who can claim?
every exporter can claim?

rebate of duty means,
claim back of duty paid on clearence of goods.
The process starts from factory clearence, under ARE-1 cover, and on export the rebate is sanctioned on submission of ARE1 original by dealer, duplicate by customs, triplicate by range, alongwith other documents required,
