Now Board of Directors wishes to reappoint Mr. S as Executive Director in 2008? What compliances are required to be made under Companies Act, 1956?
Is form 32 required to file?
No need to file Form-32 with ROC for extension him as executive directors. You only pass a Board Resolution and give the details in Directors Report of the Company accordingly.
