22 June 2013 In ABC Private Limited, Mr. S was appointed as Additional Director & Executive Director in Board Meeting in 1997 and was further regularized as Executive Director in General Meeting held in 1998 for a period of five years and again reappointed as Executive Director in Board meeting held in 2003.
Now Board of Directors wishes to reappoint Mr. S as Executive Director in 2008? What compliances are required to be made under Companies Act, 1956?
Is form 32 required to file?

No need to file Form-32 with ROC for extension him as executive directors. You only pass a Board Resolution and give the details in Directors Report of the Company accordingly.
