Please explain GST benifit under Notification 40 & 41 /2017, (23-10-2017), for export purpose.
please guide how it is work, & under this notification which material is allowed for taking a benefit like MS /SS PIPE , MS / SS SHEETS & PLATES, FLANGES, VALVES ETC.

This notification is for merchant exporters , who are not manufacturing goods for export ,but purchase goods & export the same . The Government exempts the intra-State supply of taxable goods by a registered supplier to a registered recipient for export reduced GST rate of o.1% vide Notification No. 40/2017-Central Tax ( Rate) dated 23.10.2017
The rate has been reduced as inward supply rate of such exporters were high whilst rate for their outward supply ( export ) is 0%
